Brittany Young is a Registered Nurse and avid hunter from North Alabama. She grew up hunting, fishing, and camping. She began hunting white-tailed deer as a small child just as a way to spend time with her Daddy but quickly fell in love with the outdoors. Brittany is married to a Conservation Officer, and they have two young daughters. Together, they raise chickens and process their own harvests. They have a garden and take pride in building their modern-day homestead. Brittany hopes to raise her daughters with love and respect for the outdoors and hopes to encourage other women that are interested in the male predominate sport of hunting. She has just started bow hunting and loves the challenge. She has also recently developed a passion for waterfowl hunting. Brittany laughs stating, “I thrive on being underestimated.” She promotes for Treezyn Camouflage, Miss Pursuit, and is a member of the National Wildlife Turkey Federation (NWTF) and Alabama Conservation Officer Association (ACOA).
